Job Description

Support or directly represent the Board of Directors in expanding and managing the partner network with government agencies, state governments, associations, and large enterprises in Germany.

Search, establish, and maintain close relationships to meet the specific workforce recruitment needs of these partners.

Assist the Board of Directors in internal business management tasks.
Specific Responsibilities
Identify and Seek New Partners:
-
Gather information about government agencies, state governments, associations, and large enterprises in Germany.

Develop a strategy to search for and attract new partners.
Meet and Negotiate with New Partners:
-
Build relationships with potential partners through meetings and events.
-
Negotiate and ensure partners understand the company’s ser vices and solutions.
Understand Detailed Recruitment Needs of Partners:

Understand details about the recruitment needs and specific requirements of government agencies, state governments, associations, and large enterprises.
Manage Recruitment Strategy:
-
Propose and implement a flexible recruitment strategy to meet the specific needs of each partner.

Identify suitable recruitment sources and coordinate advertising strategies.
Reorganize Internal Work:

Adjust and reallocate internal work to ensure the team has sufficient resources and skills to meet the needs of each partner.
Reporting and Evaluation:

Provide detailed reports on recruitment and training progress for each partner.

Conduct performance evaluations and propose improvement measures.
Job Requirements:

Male/Female, graduated from university or higher.

At least 3 years of experience in partner management, especially with government agencies and large enterprises.

Proficient in English or German communication.

Proficient in office computer skills, internet, email, and management software.

Quick, meticulous, good communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade new partners.

Efficient and flexible organization of internal work.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, state governments, associations, and large enterprises.

Organize strategic meetings to determine the strategy for partner expansion and recruitment.

Search for potential partners and organize meetings to understand their needs.

Review and adjust the workforce and internal work to meet specific recruitment and partner expansion needs.

Begin implementing the recruitment and partner expansion strategy, monitor performance, and adjust as necessary.

Provide detailed reports and performance evaluations, adjusting the strategy as needed.
